The wish to know more about our forefathers has started me off on a fascinating journey through many interesting lives and characters. Through this website I want to share the waxing and wailing of my family throughout the years and across the world. Tales of nobel-prize winning success, religious exctasy, lunar journeys, car crashes and a hanging elephant are some of the ingredients my family is made out of.

To this date I have been able to trace the family-tree back to Henri Joseph Poulart, born in 1781. In the wheel on the left he forms the centre. Each subsequent ring represents the generation following the previous. When you click on one of the shaded areas of the wheel, a segment of it will appear which will give you access to the photos and biographies of individual members.
