Cybel Poulart weighed 4 kilos 200 grams when she was born in 1992. She was a healthy little girl. She has spent most of her childhood in her hometown of St.Ettiene near Lyon.
She learned to talk at a very young age, but walking took her a little longer. Her ability for language has been shown in her first years of school and she speaks and writes fluent French and English at the age of 9. Her parents are a little worried about her lack of friends and her lack of participation in school activities, but they were told that this is just a phase and it will create no problems in the future.
